Kim Polman
Co-founder and Chair
Kim Polman is Co-Founder & Chair of Reboot the Future, whose purpose is to remind us that a better future is possible if we treat others and the planet as we’d wish to be treated. She co-authored a book on this very philosophy, Imaginal Cells, Visions of Transformation. The book embraces the Golden Rule as the starting point with which to collectively address the most pressing issues of our time. Her second book, a deeper dive into the Golden Rule, produced with Anthony Bennett is Values for a Life Economy. She is also Co-Founder and Board Member of the Kilimanjaro Blind Trust based in Kenya, dedicated to improving literacy for blind and visually impaired students in East Africa.In 2022 Kim received The William Howard Taft Medal for notable achievement from the University of Cincinnati.

Anthony Bennett
Chief Executive Officer
Anthony brings broad experience in the cultural, environmental and educational sectors. He is particularly interested in exploring the Golden Rule across the following fields: exploring the social value of our arts and heritage; how true reciprocity can lead to a sustainable and just transition; and how schools and young people around the world will be the true engines for change.

Immersive Experience Curator
Sandy leads Reboot the Future’s initiatives, helping organisations tackle complex challenges through connection, compassion, and care for people and planet. She champions the Golden Rule as a practical tool for collaboration and values-led innovation, supporting leaders, educators, and teams to listen deeply and work across difference. Her approach is rooted in her earlier career as an occupational therapist in clinical, managerial, and academic mental health settings, shaping her commitment to understanding people, relationships, and the conditions that enable change.

Catherine Stevens
Chief Operating Officer
Catherine has 20 years’ experience as a leader in social justice and international development, both in the UK and working across Africa. For the past decade she has been a global director for Restless Development, an award-winning international agency for youth-led development. Her expertise has included developing movements based on her passion for the power of people driven change.

Head of Digital Transformation
Bruna is a passionate Head of Digital Transformation, dedicated to leveraging technology, strategy, and social innovation to drive meaningful change. A Brazilian-born and dedicated mum, with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Bachelor's in Architecture and Urban Design, she specialises in social innovation, branding, product development, and digital engagement. Bruna is always striving to connect people, good information, and transformative ideas. Guided by a community-first approach, she believes in the power of creativity, ethical digital solutions, and collaborative action to inspire a fairer and safer society.

Tsitsi Chirikure is a self-motivated professional with over six years of international experience across the cultural, corporate, and educational sectors. With a strong foundation in project and operations management, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and cross-cultural fluency. A trilingual professional, Tsitsi thrives in dynamic environments where creativity drives change. Outside of her professional roles, Tsitsi explores the relationships between humans and other forms of life through artistic inquiries that question conventional perspectives on planetary crises.
