    Amber Nuttall

    Amber advises, connects and supports brands on their sustainability journey. As a dedicated environmentalist and adventurer from a young age she has been involved with and is a proud board member of the Bahamas Reef Environment Educational Foundation (BREEF) which was founded by her pioneering late father, Sir Nicholas Nuttall Bt in 1993.

    Amber is an advisor, fundraiser and ambassador to the Blue Marine Foundation and in 2016 Amber paddle boarded the 236 miles of the River Thames, then in 2017 she became the first woman to cross the English Channel on a paddle board with the goal of raising awareness and funds for Blue. In 2018 Amber became the first person to paddle round New Providence in celebration of the 25th anniversary of BREEF.

    Amber supports and advises NGOs and governments on their environmental goals and strategies and is an investor in businesses who at their core are working to improve the health of our environment and human health.

  • Irene Kalkanis

    Irene Kalkanis

    Irene Kalkanis is Deputy Director of Strategy Management at Imperial College London, where she leads insight and delivery to support the university’s Science for Humanity strategy. Her career has focused on bringing together technology, education, and research to create meaningful change - from shaping institutional strategy and governance to leading digital learning projects in disciplines such as Public Health and Data Science.

    In previous roles, Irene laid the groundwork for a novel data science unit at the Institute of Physics, delivered an evidence base that shaped policy and innovation, and developed data products at the BBC and in the private sector. She also had the privilege of teaching science at secondary level where she led AS-level curriculum development, bringing curiosity and play into the classroom through digital experiments and problem-based learning. Originally trained as a physicist, she combines a deep understanding of science and technology with a strong commitment to social impact and environmental sustainability.

    Irene is passionate about using collective intelligence to tackle complex challenges and build a fairer, greener world. She’s an unabashed tree hugger and enthusiastic mushroom ogler, curious about how the systems we build can deepen our connection to the natural world.

  • Jeremy Bradshaw

    Jeremy Bradshaw

    Jeremy is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He worked in hi-tech electronics and then moved to BP, where he held a number of commercial, business management and external affairs roles. His last position at BP was Ethics & Compliance Director for the Exploration and Production division, when he rolled out BP’s new Code of Conduct and specialised in embedding anti-bribery and corruption processes in challenging business environments. Jeremy was Co-founder and Executive Director of a charity supporting communal music-making for disadvantaged children in the developing world. He plays the violin in two London orchestras and is a member of their management teams.​

    Kim Polman is Co-Founder & Chair of Reboot the Future, whose purpose is to remind us that a better future is possible if we treat others and the planet as we’d wish to be treated. She co-authored a book on this very philosophy, Imaginal Cells, Visions of Transformation. The book embraces the Golden Rule as the starting point with which to collectively address the most pressing issues of our time. Her second book, a deeper dive into the Golden Rule, produced with Anthony Bennett is Values for a Life Economy. She is also Co-Founder and Board Member of the Kilimanjaro Blind Trust based in Kenya, dedicated to improving literacy for blind and visually impaired students in East Africa.In 2022 Kim received The William Howard Taft Medal for notable achievement from the University of Cincinnati.

    Loree M. Gourley brings over 25 years of global experience in sustainability, governance, and responsible investment across five countries—Canada, New Zealand, Australia, China, and the UK—and five key sectors: financial services, life sciences, agri‑food, real estate, and private equity. Her leadership roles within Big Four sustainability practices, private equity, and a Fortune 100 life‑sciences firm have uniquely positioned her to understand the intersection of corporate strategy and long‑term sustainable environmental impact.

    Her expertise lies in unlocking value and resilience by aligning organizations with evolving stakeholder expectations and planetary boundaries—particularly by advising on transition plans, nature and biodiversity strategies, and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to advance social equity.

    Loree holds an MBA and has enhanced her expertise through executive studies in Artificial Intelligence (University of Oxford – Saïd Business School), Sustainable Finance (INSEAD, Fontainebleau), and Social Impact (Columbia Business School, New York).

    Outside of her professional career, Loree is deeply committed to conservation in her local community in the Cotswolds. There, she channels her efforts into restoring soil health and fostering grassroots environmental stewardship.

    Stefan held senior executive Management roles in Procter & Gamble, T-Mobile, SAB
    Miller and Board roles in SAB Miller and in online start-ups. Drawing from his line
    leadership responsibility for up to 12.000 people, he helped thousands of leaders in
    130 companies in making clear strategy, strong leadership and sustainable change
    commonplace in their business.

  • Wilson Wong

    Wilson Wong

    An economic psychologist, data scientist and futurist, Wilson has over 30 years of experience of applied research into organisations – their leadership, values/ culture, futures strategy, and the evaluation, management, and development of human capital for policy & practice, investors and in academia. 

    He is Visiting Professor at Nottingham Business School, Adjunct Professor at HK Baptist University, National Deputy Chair of the Knowledge management Standards Committee at BSI, and sits on several academic research strategy boards. For over a decade Wilson was the Head of Insight & Futures, and Head of Research at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK) developing the base for evidence-based practice. In 2020, he was recognised with the President’s Medal by the British Academy of Management for his contribution to evidence-based management practice, and the Standards Maker Award by BSI for his work on a BSI safe working guide for organizations during a pandemic. 

    A UK human capital metrics expert to ISO, he co-edited Human capital management standards: A complete guide, published by Kogan Page. He has led on and continues to develop measures of sustainable HC. He is a member of the UN Millennium Project global futures experts’ network and has led the futures research on national talent ecosystems for policy development in Singapore and Malaysia. A human capital strategist taking the long view, he continues to advise organisations on their people and is a regular speaker/ lecturer in human capital management and development.
